We offer our national, state, and local networks to serve as templates for the production of family centered systems of care and inter-agency partnerships for community-wide initiatives to promote the health and well-being of Latino neighborhoods and communities.

Coalitions (existing or newly proposed), public health, behavioral health, or social service systems, and agencies or providers interested in joint projects/joint funding applications to address health disparities.
